We initiate daily follow-ups with the processing staff to ensure that the request is both received and set to be completed in a reasonable scope of time.
Status Reports
We are available to provide updates on the status of your request via email or telephone. We will keep you up to date on approximately how long until your request will be completed.
Authorizations
Our experienced staff is skilled in reviewing authorizations to ensure HIPAA compliance to help decrease the amount of time it takes for your request to be processed. We are knowledgeable and keep up to date with record procurement statutes, and can provide the necessary authorizations should a facility require that you use their own.

Our knowledgeable staff is equipped to locate the facility that retains your client's records. Using various licensing board search engines, we are often able to provide valuable information as to the location of records from closed facilities and retired doctors.
